Technical Admin Service Junior
About the Role

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain a database containing technical plans, versions, and metadata • Manage and organize construction and technical documentation files
• Search, review, and process High Voltage, Low Voltage, and LA&S plans in ProjectWise/eGis
• Maintain communication with external stakeholders regarding technical plans and follow up on requests, comments, and recurring actions
• Import, update, delete, and maintain plans and related metadata in the system • Perform quality checks on metadata and technical documentation after project delivery or site modifications
• Coordinate the distribution of plans to Service Centers and follow up on required actions
• Conduct audits related to document classification and plan management processes
• Ensure compliance with end-to-end document management procedures together with the wider team Profile • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or administrative field, or equivalent through experience
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and plans • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• BA4 or BA5 certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to learn and work with specialized software systems
• Strong administrative accuracy and organizational skills
• Pragmatic mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with database management and technical documentation
• Technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure or energy networks is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Native or fluent Dutch required; knowledge of French is a plus

• Hybrid setup with 2–3 on-site working days per week
