Systems & Markets Process Specialist- Congestion Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a meeting structure with the SOI. Based on this consultation, ensuring that the various members deliver on time, prioritizing correctly.
  • Ensuring proper alignment between SOI and the individual grid operators with regard to following the correct priorities and planning.
  • Holding periodic meetings between Product Development, Business Development, and the DevOps teams to arrive at a shared way of working and a priority list.
  • Be part of the GOPACS MT to discuss progress and any requests for assistance from the perspective of the SOI.
  • Attend MFF meetings and organize internal meetings.
  • Develop/coordinate project plan.
  • Stakeholdermanagement.
  • Managing risks and bottlenecks.
  • Monitor budget and resources.
  • Reporting and communication.
  • Quality control.

Profile:
  • University-level working and thinking skills, and preferably a completed technical education.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience coordinating and managing complex projects within the grid operator sector.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders such as (end) users, market parties, and subject matter experts.
  • You are aware of your surroundings and focused on collaboration. To achieve shared goals, you actively seek connection with colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to effectively set goals, prioritize, and take action to achieve goals.
  • Solution-oriented work attitude and does not shy away from (complex) problems, sensitive to discussions involving various complex interests.
  • Decisive based on sound reasoning and enjoys sharing his knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (in Dutch and English).
  • Willing to travel occasionally for meetings in both Arnhem and Amersfoort.
