Responsibilities:

 
  • Advising on determining the staffing and team profile;
  • Advising on employment conditions options when employees of TIM Stichtse Vecht join the company, with continuity of care as the guiding principle;
  • Advising the manager on the formation of a new team and the safeguarding of the culture;
  • Advising on the further development of leadership and professional skills (substantive development);
  • Advising on the establishment of the Joint Arrangement Social Domain Utrecht - West.
    In addition to the duties for local access, in this position you will be available for a number of hours per week for the new Joint Arrangement Social Domain Utrecht West. Here, together with the regional project leader, you will work on, among other things, the recruitment process for employees who, starting January 1, 2027, will be regionally committed to youth and Wmo policy, contract management, support, and operational management for Youth Care and Wmo customized provisions.
Required:
  • Extensive experience as an HR advisor in the social domain and preferably experience with such transitions;
  • Calm, clarity, and energy during this HR transition phase;
  • Availability for 32 hours per week through the end of 2026;
  • Curious, enterprising, and self-reliant, the backup from the HR Advisory unit is limited;
  • Strong execution skills, accustomed to working in a planned and project-oriented manner, and decisive.
