Your duties include, among other things:
• Guiding responsible managers and control owners in the execution of ISO 27001 controls;
• Drafting, modifying, and implementing process descriptions where necessary;
• Designing appropriate control designs (structure) and execution processes, including documenting where these are embedded within the business unit;
• Guiding the collection of evidence and the delivery of implementation documentation per control;
• Report on progress and results to the Offshore Security Office and the ISO Officer;
• The focus is on the pragmatic structuring of security processes, with quality in execution at the forefront;
• You align weekly with the ISO Officer and work closely with the corporate CSO Office, which manages the ISMS and coordinates the certification TenneT-wide.

What are you bringing?
• Demonstrable experience with ISO 27001 and/or ISMS implementations;
• Experience with implementing and operationalizing security controls within an organization;
• Ability to clearly describe processes and make them practically applicable;
• Strong analytical skills, with an eye for both the design and operation of controls;
• Communicatively skilled and comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders;
• Pragmatic approach, focused on quality in execution.
