Assistant Air Conditioning Technician
As an Assistant Air Conditioning Technician, you support the installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems for both commercial and residential clients. You work closely with experienced technicians in a hands-on technical environment, contributing to installation projects while developing your skills within a supportive and growth-oriented team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing air conditioning systems according to technical drawings and specifications
- Prepare installation work and determine cable and pipe routing
- Disassemble and reassemble technical components
- Fill, connect, and commission installations
- Support testing and operational checks of systems
- Provide basic user instructions after installation
- Register and document installation data
- Work on-site both indoors and outdoors with experienced technicians
Requirements
- Completed technical MBO education in refrigeration, installation technology, or similar field, or willingness to follow training
- Interest or experience in climate technology, HVAC, heating, or control systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Flexible attitude and willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours
- Comfortable working at heights
- VCA diploma and Category 1 F-gas certificate are an advantage, or willingness to obtain them
- Valid driver’s license B
- Motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn within a technical environment
