Commissioning Lead
Als Commissioning Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van projectleiders en operationele teams tijdens de overdracht van constructie en oplevering door aannemers naar operationele opstart en ingebruikname door eindgebruikers. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de commissioning en opstart van complexe assetprojecten binnen een sterk gereguleerde en technisch uitdagende omgeving.
Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Plannen, leiden, organiseren en opvolgen van commissioning- en assetprojecten om een oplevering binnen scope, budget, timing en regelgeving te garanderen.
- Coördineren van multidisciplinaire projectactiviteiten en ondersteunen van interne en externe projectteams tijdens commissioning- en overdrachtsfases.
- Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie over projectvoortgang, risico’s en opleveringen.
- Beheren en up-to-date houden van projectdocumentatie, procedures, inventarissen, technische dossiers en administratieve opvolging conform wettelijke en compliancevereisten.
- Ondersteunen van optimalisaties van infrastructuur, systemen en operationele processen door middel van technische verbetervoorstellen.
- Werken binnen publieke aanbestedings- en overheidscontractkaders om te verzekeren dat de projectuitvoering voldoet aan operationele en technische vereisten.
- Change management integreren binnen projecten om een vlotte operationele implementatie en stakeholder alignment te waarborgen.
- De commissioning en opstart van meerdere projecten gelijktijdig op een gestructureerde en efficiënte manier coördineren.
Vereisten / Jouw profiel:
- Masterdiploma in Ingenieurswetenschappen.
- Ervaring met commissioning, opstart of operationele overdracht van industriële installaties/projecten.
- Ervaring met het beheren of ondersteunen van projecten met investeringswaardes boven €10 miljoen.
- Sterke projectmanagement- en coördinatievaardigheden binnen complexe technische omgevingen.
- Leiderschapscapaciteiten en maturiteit om multidisciplinaire engineeringteams aan te sturen.
- Zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht kunnen werken.
- Ervaring binnen gereguleerde, industriële, infrastructuur-, energie- of nucleaire omgevingen is een sterke troef.
- Kennis van wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt.
- Vloeiend Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
