Business Consultant Change and Implementation
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Business Consultant Change and Implementation for one of our clients in the energy sector.
As a Business Consultant Implementation, you will be active within the High-Voltage Chain—or Business Complex. You often work on multiple projects simultaneously and, like other change experts, are part of the change and implementation team. You are ultimately responsible for preparing and realizing the implementation of new strategic materials within the department.
Task and Responsibilities
- Identifying the need for change following a tender or policy change for high-voltage chains
- Organizing the implementation within ZC, taking into account the impact on various departments
- Collaborating with fellow consultants to implement and coordinate changes within the departments
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our colleagues regarding the implementation, where your role is essential for translating end-user experiences to the product owner.
- Knowledge and experience of change processes, where you know how to get people on board.
- Managing and monitoring multiple projects, but also being able to escalate in a timely manner if necessary.
- The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong action- and result-oriented approach, and the ability to foster collaboration and maintain an overview. You are capable of organizing and managing complex processes with the goal of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, quality, and scope.
- Higher professional education;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrable work experience with change projects within organizations;
- Experience as a consultant or advisor
Duration: June 2026 – December 2026 (Extension is possible)
