Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction from a customer/marketing communication perspective regarding the selection and configuration of a new outbound communication system
  • formulates communication requirements and ensures that systems support the coordinating role of communication
  • strengthens and concretizes the customer communication policy into clear frameworks, governance, and working agreements
  • directs implementation and decision-making and brings coherence to initiatives
  • ensures that our website becomes more accessible and conversion-oriented by connecting content, customer needs, and digital solutions
  • You deliver results: after your efforts, there are working solutions, clear agreements, and a strong coordinating role for customer communication
  • You start with a meeting with epic owners and project management. Here, you evaluate the outcome of the workshops with the key users and determine the next steps.
  • During the stand-up with the customer communications team, we discuss this week's milestones. This ensures coherence between files and clarity on priorities.
  • Next, you have a meeting with the website's product owners about the proof of concept, which guides the effort required to make the entire site more accessible.
  • You wrap up the day by catching up with a colleague working on a project that overlaps with yours, update your calendar for tomorrow, and answer some emails.


Requirements:
  • Relevant education at least at HBO level and at least 10 years of experience
  • Demonstrable experience with project management in complex, multidisciplinary environments
  • Experience with digital communication issues, systems, and data (non-tech)
  • Experience with setting up governance, roles, and working agreements
  • Ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders and create movement
  • Strong in understanding organizations, interests, and dynamics
  • Proactive, steady and result-oriented
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Takes ownership and actively steers decision-making
  • Experience with complex organizations and working at the intersection of business, IT, and communication.
  • the ability to build support and accelerate decision-making
  • Senior stakeholder management skills: connecting, but also providing direction and enforcing choices
  • Dutch and English are required for the role
