Projectlieder - Implementatiemanager
You take on projects and policy implementations within Asset Management. You bring structure, pace, and decision-making: you develop a sharp approach, manage planning, risks, and budget, organize the right work sessions, and deliver what has been agreed upon (milestones, decision documents, implementation plan, and assurance).
A day as a Project Leader / Implementation Manager:
- You start with your plan: stand-up with the core team, priorities clear, actions assigned, and dependencies clear.
- You gather input (data, interviews, experts) and translate this into concrete choices: scope, planning, risks, and next steps.
- You facilitate a work session with stakeholders: bottlenecks are put on the table, decision-making is organized, and actions are recorded.
- You manage stakeholders: expectations, resistance, and communication. You check in practice whether the implementation works and make immediate adjustments.
- You conclude with a short, clear report or decision document: status, risks, choices, and what is needed to move forward.
You will join Change Support: the team within Asset Management that directs change and helps realize policy implementations. We are called upon for cases where speed, sharpness, and buy-in are required simultaneously. As a contracted professional, you bring extra clout and help us get projects on track quickly and complete them.
You are a strong project leader who gets change moving and ensures its sustainability. You switch easily and quickly between content and governance, maintain an overview, and manage scope, planning, risks, and decision-making tightly. You communicate clearly, make agreements concrete, and bring people along without losing momentum.
- Demonstrable experience as a project leader/implementation manager in complex organizations (multiple stakeholders, decision-making, governance). If you gained this experience within the infrastructure or grid management sector, you have an advantage.
- You work methodically (e.g. Prince2/IPMA/Agile/Lean). Certification is a plus.
- Affinity with energy grid management and asset management; you will learn the content quickly enough, interest is important.
- Able to operate at operational, tactical, and strategic levels in your projects
- Self-starter and go-getter, capable of staying the course under external pressure.
