We ARE Renewables is looking for a recruiter, who will be coordinating the end-to-end process of matching flexible workforce supply with organizational demand.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full hiring process for flexible staff
- Act as the first point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers
- Advise hiring managers and ensure a strong candidate/manager experience
- Publish and manage job requests until they are successfully filled
- Coordinate the entire process (intakes, planning, follow-ups)
- Schedule intake meetings with managers and suppliers
- Negotiate rates with suppliers
- Distribute requests via the DAS (Dynamic Purchasing System)
- Ensure suppliers submit suitable candidates
- Select and secure the best candidates under the right conditions
- Support internal departments by handling hiring needs efficiently
Requirements
- HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Hiring Desk / Inhuurdesk (mandatory)
- Up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations for flexible labor
- Knowledge of and affinity with target groups (temps, specialists, management)
- Experience with Workday, Nétive, or another DAS system (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain overview
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch (required)
