Data Entry Clerk
We ARE Renewables is looking for a data entry to support administrative and data processing tasks within our client’s organization. In this role, the focus is on carefully processing, checking, and supplementing digital data and archives.
Responsibilities
The tasks include, among others:
- Completing import files in Excel with file paths of digital scans of environmental permits
- Checking and supplementing Excel overviews for meeting minutes (video records) and the e-depot
- Performing quality checks on data entered by volunteers in Atlantis (including family records and certificates), and correcting or completing this data where necessary
- Supporting testing of Corsa within Atlantis, including checking functionality and data processing
- Adding and linking additional scans of building permits in Atlantis
Requirements
- MBO (vocational) level of working and thinking
- Demonstrable skills in typing and data processing
- Accurate and structured working style
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Experience working with Excel
- Affinity with digital archives and registration systems
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
