Information Analyst
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Information Analyst for one of our clients in the energy sector.
We are seeking an experienced Information Analyst who plays a key role in designing and maintaining a logical information model as the foundation of the IT platform. This model forms the backbone of our future IT architecture, including the associated data lake.
Task and Responsibilities
- Designing and managing the clients logical information model as the basis for the platform's IT implementations and synchronization between the various business applications.
- Translating business processes and information flows into structured, understandable models.
- Inventorying information elements, entities, and attributes in relation to processes and applications, and processing and managing them in a Data Catalog to be realized.
- Modeling data structures of this model using ERDs and/or UML Class Diagrams for API & App integration.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software architects.
- Documenting data models and ensuring consistency and version control.
- Advising on data standards, semantics, and information structures.
- HBO or WO degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience as an information analyst or information architect.
- Demonstrable experience with developing logical information models and data structures.
- Experience with ERDs and/or UML Class Diagrams. CRUD matrices
- Familiarity with tools such as CDGC, Sparx Enterprise Architect, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in communication in both Dutch and English.
Duration: May 2026 – November 2026 (Extension is possible)
