What will you be doing?
  • In this role, you will make an active and significant contribution to the management of the Methaan project portfolio.
  • You will approach issues from a multidisciplinary perspective. You will maintain contact with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive in gathering the information required to manage and further develop the integrated project plan. Additionally, you are inventive in developing solutions and know how to clearly translate these into the project plan.
  • We are looking for project planners who master the TECOP (technical, economic, commercial, organizational, and political) aspects.
  • You draw up the schedule based on a scope and in consultation with the project, engineering, and stakeholder managers. Additionally, you define the necessary resources at the role level.
  • You ensure that the right discussions take place regarding progress and any bottlenecks in the project schedule. You provide insight into the critical paths for the project team, thereby ensuring that the focus remains on the right matters.
  • You analyze the consequences and propose solutions or mitigations to resolve bottlenecks in order to meet deadlines (as well as possible).
  • If necessary, you develop planning scenarios and elaborate on them as input for an assessment of alternatives. Furthermore, you prepare reports on schedules and progress.

Profile:
  • Minimum higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, and preferably at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a professional work environment.
  • Experience in drafting and responsibility for TECOP project plans for multidisciplinary projects, or you are willing to acquire this skill.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or can you quickly acquire this.
  • Experience with project controls and project risk management is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • A technical background or affinity with technology is a plus.
