Uitvoerder Stations – Hoogspanningsprojecten
We Are Renewables is voor een toonaangevende klant binnen de energie-infrastructuur op zoek naar een Uitvoerder Stations. In deze rol wordt gezorgd voor een soepele vertaalslag van de voorbereide plannen naar de uitvoering op projectlocaties.
Wat houdt de functie in?
De Uitvoerder Stations is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en inleenkrachten. In nauwe samenwerking met het projectteam wordt gewerkt aan een efficiënte en veilige uitvoering van hoogspanningsprojecten.
De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het aansturen van teams en onderaannemers op locatie.
- Toezicht houden op risico’s, veiligheid en voortgang van werkzaamheden, en het zelfstandig nemen van beslissingen tijdens de uitvoering.
- Het organiseren van het werkterrein, afstemmen met onderaannemers en treffen van tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelen.
- Het inschatten en oplossen van onverwachte situaties, zoals veiligheidsvraagstukken, binnen de geldende KEB/BEI-richtlijnen.
- Het rapporteren over de voortgang en zorgen voor een actuele administratie, inclusief een 6-wekelijkse planning en inzicht in meer- en minderwerk.
Over de opdrachtgever
De opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende speler op het gebied van energie-infrastructuren en gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, realiseren en beheren van complexe hoogspanningsinstallaties. Met innovatieve oplossingen wordt bijgedragen aan de energietransitie voor netbeheerders, energieproducenten en zakelijke klanten.
Wat wordt er verwacht?
- Minimaal een mbo-diploma in Elektrotechniek.
- Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare rol.
- In het bezit van, of bereid om te behalen: VCA VOL, BEI VP LS en HS Transport of NEN 3140 en NEN 3840.
Voor deze rol zijn de volgende eigenschappen belangrijk:
- Daadkracht en motivatie, met het vermogen om een team effectief aan te sturen.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid.
- Technisch inzicht en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een klantgerichte instelling.
- Het vermogen om collega’s te motiveren en gezamenlijk te werken aan het beste projectresultaat.
