Inspector Quality Control
We Are Renewables is voor een toonaangevende klant in de energie-infrastructuur op zoek naar een Inspector Quality Control (QC). In deze rol lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van hoogspanningsprojecten, waaronder stations en lijnen.
Wat gaat je doen?
De Inspector Quality Control is verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen en waarborgen van kwaliteitsnormen binnen diverse projectfasen. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het beoordelen van aanbestedingsdocumenten op kwaliteitsnormen, -eisen en -specificaties, en het geven van technisch inhoudelijk advies voorafgaand aan projecten.
- Deelnemen aan (pre-)inspectieoverleggen en bijdragen aan kwaliteitsdocumentatie en eisenanalyses tijdens de uitvoeringsfase.
- Afstemmen van controle- en inspectiepunten binnen projecten.
- Adviseren over kwaliteitsvraagstukken en verzorgen van trainingen en instructies op het gebied van QC waar nodig.
- Het beoordelen van kwaliteitsplannen en inspectie- en keuringsplannen van subcontractors en leveranciers.
- Het adviseren over toe te passen QC-procedures binnen projecten en afdelingen.
- Het controleren van benodigde kwalificaties.
- Het beoordelen van inspectieonderzoeken, zoals Non Destructief Onderzoek (NDO), betonlaboratoriumtesten en coatingmetingen.
- Het ondersteunen bij Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s), in samenwerking met engineers, klanten en inspectie-instanties.
- Het monitoren van afwijkingen en corrigerende maatregelen, inclusief het opstellen van Non-Conformiteitsrapportages (NCR’s).
Over de opdrachtgever:
De opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende speler binnen de energie-infrastructuur en gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, realiseren en beheren van complexe hoogspanningsinstallaties. De organisatie ondersteunt netbeheerders, energieproducenten en zakelijke klanten bij de uitdagingen van de energietransitie en staat bekend om haar technisch vooruitstrevende oplossingen.
Wat brengt je mee?
- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde of civiele techniek.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als QC Inspector.
- Ervaring met staalconstructies (coating) en/of civiele techniek (beton).
- Ervaring met het beoordelen van NDO-rapporten.
- Bereidheid om te reizen naar projectlocaties en leveranciers.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

- Goede plannings- en organisatievaardigheden.
- Teamgericht en samenwerkingsvaardig.
- Integer, zelfstandig en betrouwbaar.
