The position:
As a Finance & Control Professional, you support the transition by performing operational tasks, thereby relieving internal colleagues during the transition year. The internal organization remains responsible for substantive direction, decision-making, and governance; you ensure progress and execution within the agreed frameworks.

Your duties include, among other things:
• Developing and supporting implementation and action plans arising from the 22-point plan;
• Structuring, planning, and following up on transition activities, including progress monitoring;
• Preparing reports, presentations, and overviews (including in PowerPoint and Excel);
• Coordinating and following up on action points and deadlines within the transition;
• Assist with stakeholder communication at the operational and tactical levels.
You work closely with internal Finance & Control colleagues, project and transition management, and other relevant divisions within the client

What are you bringing:
• At least a completed HBO (higher professional) education, preferably in the field of business control;
• At least 3–6 years of relevant work experience (mid-level);
• Experience with Finance, Control, process optimization, transitions, governance, or PMO activities within large, complex organizations;
• Understanding of finance processes and internal control principles;
• Demonstrable experience in developing implementation plans and supporting project documentation;
• Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and common project tools;
• Experience with/affinity with the energy market is a plus;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Competencies:
• Structured and analytically strong, with an eye for planning and execution;
• Communicatively skilled and careful in handling stakeholders and confidential information;
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on unburdening the internal organization;
• Able to work independently within clear frameworks and switch effectively between operational and tactical levels.
