Job Title: Program Management Officer (Quality & Process Improvement)

Role Summary

We are looking for a structured and pragmatic Program Management Officer to support the deployment of quality and process improvement initiatives across infrastructure projects and asset operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of an improvement roadmap (processes, tools, governance, data, competences)

  • Lead or support quality-related projects from initiation to completion

  • Improve key processes: non-conformity management, return of experience (REX), continuous improvement

  • Help structure field feedback collection and improve quality tools (digital checklists, dashboards, reporting)

  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with project leaders, site teams, technical experts, and contractors

  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive improvements

Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a project/process/technical environment

  • 3–8 years in PMO, project support, process improvement, coordination, or quality management

  • Experience in project-based or operational environments

  • Structured, result-oriented, able to drive initiatives to completion

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, proactive, and curious

  • Comfortable with evolving, not-fully-defined environments

Languages

  • Fluent in Dutch or French + good knowledge of the other

  • English is an asset

Nice to have

  • Experience in quality management, continuous improvement, or structured problem-solving

  • Familiarity with quality concepts (audits, non-conformities, improvement cycles)

  • Agile or iterative ways of working

Location & logistics

  • Brussels

  • Onsite: 2 days per week

  • Valid work & residence permit for Belgium (for non-EU candidates)
