BIM Coordinator
About the Role
Our client is involved in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects and is looking for a BIM Coordinator to support the application of BIM within project teams.
You will coordinate BIM models across design, execution, and delivery phases, while also helping structure asset-related information and documentation. The goal is to ensure high-quality project data and as-built documentation for effective asset management.
You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and a BIM Lead within an Agile, project-based environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM models during design, execution, and delivery phases
Support and define project-specific BIM requirements
Contribute to contract and information delivery specifications
Act as a key point of contact for project teams
Drive BIM maturity and improvements within projects
Support document control in line with ISO 19650
Requirements
Bachelor’s level (or equivalent) with a technical background
Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience
Knowledge of ISO 19650
Experience with BIM Execution Plans and multidisciplinary teams
Experience with Autodesk tools (e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Forma) is a plus
Fluent in Dutch
