• Senior UX/UI Designer with demonstrable experience in dashboard and data visualization design
• Experience setting up and applying user-centered design processes (UX methodology)
• Strong analytical skills to translate user needs into actionable insights
• Experience working in complex organizations and multidisciplinary teams
• Coaching skills to guide teams and transfer knowledge
• Good communication skills with both business and IT
