You ensure that the laying rights of our cables, pipelines, and stations are properly legally established through land acquisition and building rights agreements. You hold discussions with landowners in which you discuss the legal conditions and preconditions necessary to safeguard the assets in a legally correct and sustainable manner. You explain the impact of the activities and make agreements regarding their execution, together with the project team. You maintain contact with stakeholders such as municipalities, provinces, and water boards. You advise on routes for cables and pipelines and arrange the necessary permits. You draft agreements, arrange for signing, and guide the notarial process.
What else makes you our new Private Law Advisor in Land Matters? You have completed a higher professional or university education in the field of real estate, notarial law, spatial planning, property management, or a legal degree, and have extensive demonstrable work experience within these fields. You have knowledge of and affinity with land matters and private law; You are interested in the energy sector and are willing to delve into it. You enjoy working on projects; you handle files independently within a clear schedule, collaborate purposefully with colleagues, and monitor the progress of your projects from start to finish. You have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging in dialogue with landowners and other rights holders; You work in a goal-oriented, independent, and accurate manner.
