Manager Quality, Architecture & Orchestration Office- DTT (Operate)

The function:
As an Interim QOA Manager, you provide both strategic and operational leadership to a team of highly educated professionals. You organize governance, security-by-design, and collaboration between business, IT/OT teams, and external partners. At the same time, a key emphasis is placed on people management: role clarity, development, and alignment with HR.

The assignment duration is six months, with the aim of delivering a stable, professionally structured organizational unit.
Your duties include, among other things:
1. Leadership and stabilization
• Temporarily managing and coaching professionals within QOA.
• Creating calm, clarity, and focus in roles and expectations.
• Drafting development plans for employees and subteams.

2. Organization and role clarity
• Refining and clarifying roles, responsibilities, and mandate.
• Clarifying positioning within Operate and the Domain Office.
• Translating departmental goals into concrete individual development agreements.

3. Workforce and capability insight
• Mapping staffing, competencies, and development needs.
• Identifying bottlenecks, risks, and scarcity.
• Provide input for recruitment, progression, and succession issues.

4. HR alignment and professionalization
• Work closely with MT Domain Office and HR.
• Contribute to job and role profiles, development paths, and seniority levels.
• Provide support with performance, talent, and assessment issues.

5. Quality and professional maturity
• Ensuring that quality is organized structurally and is not dependent on individuals.
• Documenting principles, working methods, and governance agreements.
• Promoting professional development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

6. Guarantee and transfer
• Deliver a clear final note with:
   - organizational structure,
   - points of attention and risks,
   - recommendations for the permanent successor.
• Deliver a strategic workforce plan for QOA.
• Active handover to management.
