We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Teamcoördinator voor één van haar klanten in de energiesector in Delft.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Coördineren en verdelen van de werklast binnen het Asset Damage team;
• Opstellen van wekelijkse doelstellingen en het monitoren van de teamprestaties ten opzichte van de targets;
• Leiden van dagelijkse team kick-offs en zorgen voor afstemming van prioriteiten;
• Optimaliseren en verbeteren van interne processen in samenwerking met stakeholders;
• Fungeren als belangrijk aanspreekpunt tussen afdelingen (bijv. Legal, interne BSS-teams);
• Toezicht houden op het onderzoeken en afhandelen van schade aan assets;
• Zorgdragen voor correcte opvolging en aansprakelijkheidsafhandeling van schadegevallen;
• Onderhouden van communicatie met interne stakeholders om efficiëntie en servicekwaliteit te verbeteren;
• Beheren van de teaminbox en zorgen voor tijdige afhandeling van cases en vragen;
• Samenwerken met andere teamcoördinatoren om de samenwerking tussen teams af te stemmen;
• Ondersteunen van besluitvorming door kritische vragen te stellen en verbeterkansen te signaleren;
• Regelmatig één-op-één overleg voeren met de leidinggevende en rapporteren over voortgang en prestaties.


Vereisten:

• Beschikken over een hbo werk- en denkniveau;
• Zelfverzekerd en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol;
• Brede kennis van juridische processen;
• Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en het implementeren van verbeterprojecten;
• Belangrijke competenties: teammanagement, plannen, ondernemend, sociaal en communicatief vaardig, en resultaatgericht.
