​​​​​​We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Interim Project Management Officer (PMO) voor 20 uur per week.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van het PMO-team binnen een grootschalig telecomprogramma
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt (samen met andere PMO’ers)
  • Ondersteunen van programma- en projectmanagers bij administratieve en organisatorische taken
  • Opstellen van rapportages en dashboards (voortgang, KPI’s, prestaties)
  • Voorbereiden, vastleggen en opvolgen van vergaderingen en actiepunten
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte informatievoorziening richting stakeholders
  • Beheren en structureren van documentatie (SharePoint)
  • Ondersteunen bij resourceplanning, risicomanagement en changemanagement
  • Bewaken van projectstructuur, planning en kwaliteit
  • Ondersteunen bij werving en onboarding van nieuwe teamleden

Vereisten:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in projectondersteuning (PMO ervaring is een must)
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodologieën
  • Ervaring met rapportages, documentbeheer en administratieve processen
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Project is een pré
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren en administratief nauwkeurig
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Proactief, flexibel, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht

Contract: Freelance / ZZP
Projectduur: 1 jaar (met optie tot verlenging en uitbreiding van uren)
Startdatum: Zo snel mogelijk
Locatie: Minimaal 2 dagen per week op locatie in Vianen (maandag en dinsdag verplicht)
