Job Title: NDT Inspector – Inspection & Quality Assurance

Role Overview:
We ARE seeking an NDT Inspector to support inspection and quality assurance activities within a global organization in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing and inspections to ensure the integrity, safety, and reliability of drill stem elements and OCTG materials, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and visual inspections on drill stem elements and OCTG materials.
  • Inspect components in line with API, DS-1, and NS-2 standards and procedures.
  • Conduct visual and instrument-based quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance.
  • Carry out mechanical/manual cleaning and replace protectors where required.
  • Perform finishing activities including grinding, filing, deburring, drilling, and threading.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports using standard Office applications.
  • Identify and report deviations, malfunctions, and unsafe situations.
  • Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Vocational education (MBO or equivalent), preferably in metalworking or electrical engineering.
  • NS-EN ISO 9712 Level II certification (MT, PT, UT) or willingness to obtain.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in NDT or inspection is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API, DS-1, and NS-2 standards is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
  • Strong technical and analytical mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office.
