The role focuses on building sustainable learning solutions, supporting change adoption, and aligning training efforts with evolving business and IT requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Assess current knowledge and competence levels across different employee groups
  • Identify target skill requirements and learning needs through quarterly business analysis
  • Define and segment target populations for training initiatives
  • Collect and deliver training content to Learning & Development teams
  • Evaluate existing internal trainings and identify gaps
  • Research and assess external (“off-the-shelf”) training solutions
  • Support the design of training tracks and campaigns (one-off and ongoing)
  • Assist in training delivery when required
  • Implement sustainable learning solutions, including on-the-job support and expert networks
  • Contribute to closing capability gaps aligned with the broader transformation roadmap

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, people development, or training delivery
  • Experience in training preparation and facilitation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams
  • Client-focused with strong empathy and people orientation
  • Understanding of change resistance and how to manage it effectively
  • Analytical and critical mindset with ability to grasp business and IT topics
  • Affinity with IT (infrastructure, applications, IoT, etc.) and interest in the energy sector
  • Ability to work independently and manage own responsibilities
