We ARE Renewables is opzoek naar een Uitvoerder. In deze rol ben jij de spil van het project. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt – van de eerste voorbereiding tot de succesvolle oplevering. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en weet mensen mee te krijgen. Samen met de projectmanager, operations manager en je team werk je aan projecten waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid altijd voorop staan.
Jouw werkomgeving:
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent vooral te vinden op projectlocaties, waar het gebeurt. In de voorbereidingsfase werk je samen met collega’s op kantoor in Amsterdam-Noord. Dit kan ook i.c.m. werken vanuit huis.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je vertaalt projectplannen naar een concrete en haalbare uitvoering
- Je stuurt één of meerdere projecten aan en houdt grip op planning, budget en kwaliteit
- Je bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig – jij laat niets aan het toeval over
- Je stelt sterke teams samen en zorgt dat iedereen optimaal kan presteren
- Je houdt veiligheid continu top of mind en zorgt dat alle richtlijnen worden nageleefd
- Je regelt de logistiek en schakelt soepel met alle betrokken partijen
- Je denkt actief mee over slimmere werkwijzen en verbeteringen
- Je analyseert resultaten en gebruikt inzichten om toekomstige projecten nóg beter te maken
- Je houdt administratie en contractzaken strak op orde en signaleert kansen en risico’s
- Relevante opleiding en/of ervaring in de richting van bouwkunde, civiele techniek of waterbouw;
- Een aantal jaar werkervaring in de richting van bouwkunde, civiele techniek of waterbouw of GWW.
- Je communiceert soepel in Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, Engels is een pré.
Start: ASAP
Contract: 12 maanden met de intentie om over te gaan tot een vast dienstverband
