Product Owner
Stakeholder management: gathering needs, aligning with decentralized DS teams and other POs within the Data Office. Gathers information about how the platform is used and where the needs of end users lie. Works together with the Lead MLOps to establish a strong platform vision. Owner of the product backlog of the various MLOps products Determines the prioritization of MLOps activities and coordinates this with other POs (from DO DS and decentralized DS parties). Positioning the MLOps platform within the organization. Proactively seeking new users within Stedin. Setting up and maintaining a feedback loop with end users. Conducts intake interviews with potential new users of the platform and determines, in consultation with the MLE Lead, which MLE capacity is required for the use case.
Understands architecture diagrams and is technically strong enough to participate in discussions at the platform and functional level. Can challenge developers on the feasibility and solution directions of user stories. Is familiar with standard development practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, various test strategies (unit/integration/e2e tests), and releasing. The team works with Databricks, MLflow, Kubernetes, and Azure. Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and demonstrable PO certification (e.g., PSPO, SAFe PO) is a plus. Professional level of Dutch and English.
