Service Description:
As a member of the Client Connection Office team, you will support Grid Developers in defining the appropriate solutions for connecting (new) grid users based on customer requests.
- With the support of experts (Grid Developers), perform studies for new or reinforced grid connections
- Assist in drafting reports for customers based on studies carried out by Grid Developers
- Depending on your experience growth, independently manage simpler customer dossiers
- As part of the Client Connection Office, support the overall process:
- Monitor the progress of customer studies via dashboards
- Analyze process bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Suggest optimizations in processes and document management
- Align assumptions used in customer studies to ensure consistency across all projects
Additional Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French, and English is required (passive understanding of the second national language is expected)
- Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field (engineering) due to the technical nature of the role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Immediate availability
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
