Omgevingsmanager
Ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen projecten en hun omgeving? In deze rol als Omgevingsmanager zorg jij ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch succesvol zijn, maar ook gedragen worden door alle betrokken partijen. Je werkt aan één of meerdere – bij voorkeur duurzame – projecten (milieu, bodemsaneringen etc) en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne collega’s als externe stakeholders.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je leert de omgeving van je projecten grondig kennen en verzamelt relevante informatie voor strategie en uitvoering
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert omgevingsmanagementplannen
- Je voert stakeholderanalyses uit en houdt deze actueel
- Je onderhoudt actief contact met interne en externe stakeholders
- Je organiseert bijeenkomsten en voert overleg met opdrachtgevers en omgevingspartijen
- Je zorgt dat alle betrokkenen tijdig en correct worden geïnformeerd
- Je anticipeert op ontwikkelingen in de omgeving en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van kritische processen om vertraging te voorkomen
- Je stelt heldere rapportages op voor management en projectteams
Je werkt nauw samen met een team van collega’s en bent veel aanwezig op projectlocaties. In de voorbereidingsfase werk je vaak vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam-Noord. Uiteraard is er ook ruimte om deels vanuit huis te werken.
Wat breng je mee?
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in omgevingsmanagement
- Ervaring met participatieprocessen en stakeholdermanagement
- Sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden
- Vermogen om belangen te overzien en tot gedragen besluiten te komen
- Proactieve, strategische en oplossingsgerichte mindset
- Creativiteit en overtuigingskracht om complexe situaties te managen
Start: ASAP
Contract: 1 jaar met de intentie om hierna over te gaan tot een vast contract.
