Strategisch Inkoper & Projectmanager Flextenders
Als Inkoper & Projectmanager Flextenders werk je aan het ontsluiten van flexibiliteit ten behoeve van congestiemanagement. Je leidt het volledige traject van strategie en marktconsultatie tot tender en contractering.
Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:
- Het opzetten van de tenderstrategie, afgestemd op de specifieke behoefte.
- De uitvoering van (EU) aanbestedingstrajecten voor het contracteren van flexibiliteit.
- Het adviseren over passende gunningscriteria.
- Het verzamelen van relevante input voor tenders, zowel intern als bij regionale netbeheerders.
- Het aansturen van het projectteam en het bewaken van de voortgang.
- Het organiseren van marktconsultaties en onderhouden van interactie met marktpartijen.
- Het oplossen (en waar nodig escaleren) van knelpunten.
Je werkt intensief samen met inhoudelijk deskundigen en andere afdelingen zoals System Operations, Energy System Planning en Legal, en schakelt regelmatig met stakeholders binnen en buiten TenneT.

Wat breng jij mee?
- Aantoonbare ervaring met de uitvoering van (EU) aanbestedingen; ervaring met flextenders is een pre.
- Ervaring /affiniteit met energiemarkten, congestiemanagement en flexibiliteit.
- Ervaring met inkoop en projectmanagement.
- Analytisch sterk, met helicopterview en focus op integraliteit.
- Communicatief vaardig, schakelt soepel met stakeholders.
- Stressbestendig en in staat om effectief om te gaan met complexe situaties.
- Een ondernemende houding.
