Infrastructure Site Lead – Replacement & Renovation Projects

As Infrastructure Site Lead, you are responsible for coordinating large-scale replacement and renovation projects within infrastructure environments. You act as the key link between the organization, contractors, supervisors, and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered according to agreements, specifications, drawings, quality standards, and planning.

You chair construction meetings and technical consultations, prepare progress reports, manage variations and additional work, and monitor budgets and financial settlements. You also ensure that contractors meet contractual obligations and that risks related to planning, costs, quality, safety, and scope are identified and managed in time.

You are involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from preparation and contract documentation to execution, delivery, and acceptance of works. During the preparation phase, you provide input on specifications, drawings, and risk mitigation measures.

This role requires continuous coordination with internal stakeholders, contractors, and third parties, including parties affected by the project environment. Flexibility is important, as work may occasionally take place outside regular office hours, including evenings or nights when required.

Requirements:

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role involving major replacement or renovation projects
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with contract management, variations, budgeting, and risk control
  • Knowledge of infrastructure or rail projects is an advantage
  • Familiarity with UAV and RAW systems is a plus
  • Decisive, stress-resistant, flexible, and safety-focused mindset
