E&I Supervisor
An E&I Supervisor (Inspector) ensures the safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of energy infrastructure projects by overseeing contractors, managing risks, and validating that all work meets design and contractual requirements from preparation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the project preparation phase, ensuring constructability
- Contribute to risk assessments and development of inspection/test plans
- Perform risk-based inspections
- Ensure contractors execute work according to contract requirements and design specifications
- Act as an E&I expert, with general knowledge of:
- Mechanical engineering
- Civil engineering & construction
- Coating & cathodic protection
- Welding
- Supervise Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance
Requirements
- MBO-4 level (vocational) or HBO (bachelor level) in a technical field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong safety awareness and ability to lead by example
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with pipeline installation in urban environments
- Strong communication skills; decisive, persuasive, and coaching attitude toward contractors
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented with attention to detail
- Experience with inspection/testing and system-based contract management is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Ability to address contractors on quality issues and behavior on-site
Start Date: May 1, 2026
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
