Contract Management Advisor
You will work for the project team that oversees both the feasibility study and the realization of the replacement of the Gerrit Krol Bridge (GKB). You actively seek connection with the contractor(s) and the Project Team. You contribute your own qualities and expertise to achieve project results in a constructive manner. You are mindful of the interests of collaborating parties and pursue the stated project objectives within those interests. You carry out your work within the policy and quality frameworks of Rijkswaterstaat, while maintaining your independent professional responsibility. You play an active and stimulating role in sharing and exchanging knowledge with subject-matter procurement and contract advisors. You are alert to new developments, actively share your knowledge with the Project Team, and actively leverage your network to broaden your expertise. You use your own resources, unless security or confidentiality require otherwise. English and Dutch are required on a professional level
The project team is in the tendering phase and will continue until the end of realization. The duties of the Senior Contract Specialist consist of: Answering (specific) questions during the information phase; Drafting Notes of Information; Keeping Contract Documents Up-to-date; Managing the agenda for dialogue rounds; Drafting reports on dialogue rounds; Drafting outsourcing via SROK; Guiding SROK contracts; Assessing tender documents; Drafting the CBP; Updating the CBP; Drafting the SCB assessment plan; Conducting assessments of specialist components; Coordination of assessments, including alignment with subject matter experts at the Municipality of Groningen; Advising on submitted issues; Drafting VTWs; Coordination of VTWs; Drafting reports of progress meetings with the contractor; Drafting minutes (preparation); Preparing a forecast for indexation; Conducting evaluations and trend analyses.
