Senior HR Employee Ambulance Rotterdam-RijnmondFor a temporary reinforcement of our HR team, we are looking for an experienced and decisive Senior HR Employee . In this role, you are the stable factor within the HR operation for the ambulance, ensuring that processes run smoothly, administration is in order, and HR colleagues are unburdened.You will work within the HR Business Operations team and, together with two payroll administrators and one HR employee, actively support the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor(s) for the ambulance. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure that tasks are taken up and completed in a timely and thorough manner. You also participate in these activities.What will you be doing?In this role, the emphasis is on direction, quality, and achieving progress within HR administration and processes:You maintain an overview of HR operations and ensure that actions are addressed in a timely manner.You unburden HR Advisors and the HR Business Partner by proactively taking on tasks and give them the confidence to let go of certain matters.You ensure and contribute to the correct, timely, and complete processing of HR changes and administration.You identify bottlenecks in processes and come up with concrete improvement proposals.You independently handle issues within HR operations and ensure appropriate follow-up.In a coordinating role, you actively liaise with colleagues within HR (such as payroll and functional management) to gather information and align.You make an active contribution to changes, such as the implementation of a new collective labour agreement (for example, by drafting communications, adjusting letters, and creating a schedule).You provide support where necessary with minor HR matters, such as the application of legal status and terms of employment.You help standardize and improve HR processes so that we work more efficiently and have clear, consistent working methods.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a strong and proactive professional who can switch gears quickly and demonstrates ownership:You have a working and thinking level equivalent to MBO+ / HBO, acquired through education and/or experience, and preferably in the field of HRM.You have extensive (demonstrable) experience in an administrative or operational HR role.You have (demonstrable) experience with HR systems. AFAS is a must!You have knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws and regulations. Knowledge of the Ambulance CLA is a plus!Your profileYou are  resolute and decisive : you do not wait, but take action.You have strong  organizational skills  and maintain overview and progress.You are  analytical , but don't get stuck — you translate insights into concrete actions.You work  proactively and independently , but actively seek collaboration when necessary.You are  a strong communicator  and know how to convey information clearly.You are  results-oriented  and maintain focus on quality and deadlines.
