Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities
- The IDU process (entry, progression, and exit of employees)
- Variation in payroll processing due to different entities
- Processing various types of leave and allowances
- Implementing collective labor agreement (CAO) arrangements and other organizational agreements
- All relevant employee-level changes (mutations)
- Performing controls, such as VIC and IC
- Completing UWV forms and employer statements
- And all other tasks related to careful payroll administration
- Up-to-date knowledge of Youforce by Visma applications, especially Payroll Setup (Gemal), HR Core (Beaufort), and Flexible Employment Conditions
- You are fluent in the Youforce by Visma system and can clearly explain it to others
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and preferably knowledge of the CAO VwVw
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of payroll administration
