Senior Project Controller
As Sr. Project Controller Complex Projects, you are the CFO of the projects and act as an advisor and sparring partner to the Project Manager. In this role, you contribute to the energy transition every day by proactively working on improvements for the high-voltage projects of the Business Unit Complex. We give you every opportunity to realize your ideas together with the other Project Controllers in the team. You are a Controller with a passion for infrastructure projects. You thrive on collaborating with other colleagues and stakeholders. You work independently and deliver results like no other. You have an eye for process improvements that we can implement and actively contribute to further professionalizing the project control role. Analyzing and creating insightful reports? Leave that to you. You are a go-getter and have an eye for bringing parties together. You take initiative, are flexible, and enjoy prioritizing. Communication skills? You possess them and know how to use them effectively. Additionally, you play a connecting role between various stakeholders in the projects.
What else might make you our new Sr. Project Controller?
- You have completed a university or higher professional education in a financial or business economics field.
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- You have experience in a project organization and an affinity with technology, construction, or industry.
- You are able to master and communicate changing administrative processes. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience with risk management.
- You are driven to develop yourself and the organization. We ask for intrinsic motivation to shape your own career;
- You move easily on various levels. In addition, you have a good sense of (internal) relationships and are excellent at assessing situations.
Location: Delft + Hybrid
Duration: 1 year (deta-vest)
