Business Consultant Change Management
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Business Consultant Change Management for one of our clients in the energy sector.
You will be working in the Business Project department, which executes large electricity and gas projects. The department has its own Change & Support organization where all change, improvement, and implementation expertise is centrally organized in various Change Teams.
Task and Responsibilities
As a Business Consultant in the Change Management Change Team, you will help create the preconditions so that the other Change Teams can perform their operational work as effectively as possible. The ultimate goal is to increase the adoption of change initiatives and, if possible, reduce their lead times. The way this is done is by looking at the method of change (philosophy and tooling) on the one hand, and the way of working (process) on the other.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with change projects or consultancy
- Knowledge of agile and lean working (e.g. Lean Management, SAFe, Green Belt, PSM)
- Analytical skills, able to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement
- Experience with implementing change and guiding organizations through change processes, with specific knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Prosci certification and demonstrable experience are a requirement.
- Project management, skilled in managing projects and initiatives and coordinating various tasks and responsibilities.
Location: Rotterdam + Hybrid
Duration: May 2026 – November 2026 (Extension is Possible)
