Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and finalizing the amended rates based on the change in the Collective Labour Agreement.
  • Assessing, rejecting or approving, processing, and implementing indexations from suppliers based on the amended Secondment Agencies Collective Labour Agreement.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
  • The candidate has at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience at a secondment desk or as an external hiring broker.
  • Knowledge/experience with temporary employment/secondment regulations (ABU, NBBU, etc.)
  • Needs to be strong-willed
  • Candidate works accurately
  • Result-oriented, pragmatic, analytical, quality-driven
