Within this environment, you will contribute to optimizing financial processes and supporting system innovation, helping the organization adapt to future challenges through modern SAP solutions.
Your Role
As an SAP Financial Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in SAP FI, FICA, SD, and Business Partner modules to further develop and optimize the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical consultants to improve processes, integrate systems, and ensure maximum value is delivered from SAP. Additionally, you will contribute to implementing modern technologies such as SAP Fiori to enhance user experience and future-proof processes.
Way of Working
You will be part of an Agile/Scrum environment within a DevOps team. Work is organized in two-week sprints, starting with a demo of delivered features, followed by retrospectives and sprint planning sessions.
In addition to development work, you will also be involved in:
Planning and facilitating stakeholder meetings
Reviewing and prioritizing incidents
Collaborating closely with business and IT teams
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize financial processes such as general ledger, payments, and reporting
Support and improve sales-related processes (quotes, orders, invoicing)
Analyze and resolve functional and system issues within SAP modules
Design and optimize integrations between financial processes and internal/external systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP solutions and user experience
Your Profile
You are a proactive and solution-oriented SAP Consultant who enjoys working in a collaborative, Agile environment and delivering high-quality results.
Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) with affinity for financial/administrative processes
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI, FICA, SD, and Business Partner
Broad experience across FI/CO, including areas such as asset management, controlling, payments, and financial closing
Experience with integration topics, particularly with SD
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working
Strong communication skills in Dutch
Able to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
Flexible, proactive, and eager to continuously learn
Duration: 7 months with the option to extend
