About the Role

We are currently sourcing for an experienced Python/React Developer to join a long-term project within the energy and infrastructure sector. The position involves working alongside international teams on innovative digital initiatives focused on AI-driven internal communication platforms and scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development experience, combined with knowledge of modern cloud, DevOps, and AI-related technologies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions within a collaborative and Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React and JavaScript
Contribute to AI-driven platform development and agent communication solutions
Design and optimize database integrations and backend architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Ensure high-quality code delivery following established development standards and best practices
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment activities
Contribute ideas and technical improvements proactively within the development team

Technical Requirements

Backend
Strong experience with Python development
Experience with FastAPI and API/service development
Knowledge of queues and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
Familiarity with SQLAlchemy
Understanding of authentication and security technologies (OAuth, SAML, EntraID, etc.)
Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest
AI & Modern Technologies
Understanding of AI agent development concepts
Familiarity with LLMs, MCP, A2A, RAG databases, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies is considered a strong plus
DevOps & Cloud
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, etc.)
Frontend
Strong experience with React
UI development experience using JavaScript and CSS
Familiarity with NX and Micro-Frontend architecture is considered a plus
Understanding of microservices architecture is beneficial
