Business Implementation Manager – BMR-Mobile

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Business Implementation Manager to lead the rollout of BMR-Mobile, a mobile application used by technicians, surveyors, and contractors to register and manage asset data in the field.

This role is key in driving digital transformation, improving data quality, and ensuring smooth adoption across a large operational organization.

The Role

As Business Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the business implementation of BMR-Mobile. You will manage stakeholders, lead change, drive user adoption, and ensure the organization is fully prepared for go-live.

You will work closely with project leadership and coordinate a small team of implementation consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the business implementation and rollout of BMR-Mobile.
Manage planning, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate stakeholders across business units and operational teams.
Drive change management and user adoption using the ADKAR framework.
Develop training and communication plans.
Ensure organizational readiness for go-live.
Monitor adoption and continuously improve implementation.

Required Experience & Skills

Must-have:
Strong experience in business implementation or change management roles.
Proven project management skills in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading large-scale digital or IT-driven transformations.
Knowledge of ADKAR change management.
Experience working in agile environments (SAFe / Scrum).

Nice-to-have:
Experience with mobile applications or GIS systems.
Training and coaching experience.
Affinity with energy infrastructure or technical environments.
