Civil Inspector
You will ensure all foundations, earthworks, drainage, structures, and roads comply with approved design, geotechnical reports, and permits.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Oversee earthworks, excavation, backfilling, and compaction.
- Inspect foundation construction, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
- Verify drainage, stormwater systems, and cable trench civil works.
- Ensure compliance with the geotechnical report.
- Witness compaction tests, concrete sampling, slump tests.
- Review civil ITPs, QAPs, and method statements.
- Maintain civil inspection reports, NCRs, and daily logs.
Requirements / Your Profile:
- Mandatory: 5+ years civil supervision experience on power / industrial projects.
- Mandatory: German language (required for site discussions).
- Knowledge of German construction standards and permitting.
- Experience on substation or BESS projects preferred.
- Applicants must clearly state civil supervision experience on power projects and German language ability on CV (MANDATORY).
Location: Vöhringen & Memmingen, Germany – onsite, not rotational
Contract type: Fixed-term employment (directly with client in Germany for the project duration)
Working pattern: Monday–Friday, full-time
Duration: June 2026 – December 2026
