Project Assistant
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Project Assistant for one of our clients in the energy industry. As an On-Site Project Assistant, you support the project team with administrative and secretarial tasks during maintenance projects at the customer’s location. You help ensure smooth operations by being organized, customer-focused, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of an international team
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the project site team
• Registering working hours for staff and subcontractors
• Coordinating onboarding of new personnel on site
• Arranging hotel bookings and meals
• Organizing and registering deliveries/services/supplies from local companies
Requirements:
• MBO-level working and thinking
• At least 3 years of experience
• Education in secretarial/administrative support. If you have an MBO diploma in another field but have experience supporting project-based work, that is also acceptable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• In possession of a driver’s license
Project duration: Two months (Week 18–27)
Hours: 40
