Document Controller
You will own the daily operation of the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring all project documentation is properly structured, tracked, and processed in line with EPC and OE requirements.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Operate DMS: folder structure, metadata, document workflows.
- Manage transmittals, checklists, and document registries.
- Track overdue reviews and ensure timely completion.
- Support preparation of weekly/monthly reporting packages.
- Maintain version control and audit traceability.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements / Your Profile:
- Mandatory: Previous document control experience on EPC or OE projects.
- Mandatory: German speaker (fluent, written and spoken).
- Familiarity with DMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, or similar).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency (reporting interface).
- Applicants must clearly state German language ability and document control experience on CV (MANDATORY).
Location: clients office – Augsburg or Dresden
Contract type: Fixed-term contract (directly with client in Germany)
Working pattern: Monday – Friday, full-time
Duration: April 2026 – March 2028
