Construction Manager

We are looking for a construction manager who will advise on the feasibility, feasibility, planning, feasibility, and phasing of the project. You will document the project's progress up to and including its completion. You will also regularly be present at project sites to monitor quality, safety, and progress. You will adjust and report any deviations. You will also be responsible for managing the client's project during the implementation phase. You will monitor, adjust, and report on the project. You will consult with the contractor's foreman regarding deviations and work together to find solutions.

Requirements 
 You hold a level 4 vocational diploma in electrical engineering, underground infrastructure technology, or are willing to obtain one.You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure services, for example in the role of project coordinator, executor, team leader or supervisor.You have at least the BEI and THP designation, or are willing to obtain these.You have demonstrable experience with planning, project reporting and organizing.You have knowledge of ground and cable works, preferably with transport cables/high voltage. You have demonstrable experience working with RAW contracts and the UAV/GC , or are willing to delve deeper into this area and obtain the necessary training/certifications .You have experience in assessing production states and additional and reduced work.
