Job Title: Expert Scheduler – Energy Infrastructure Projects
Location: Brussels (2–3 days onsite) | 40h/week
Start date : 23/03/2026
End date: 31/12/2026 (with the option to be extended)

We are seeking an experienced Expert Scheduler to lead and manage program-level schedule governance.

You will support Program Managers and PM Officers by establishing, maintaining, and challenging integrated project schedules across complex EPC environments.


Key Responsibilities

Schedule Governance & Framework

  • Define and implement the overall schedule management approach

  • Establish schedule levels, calendars, baselines, and progress measurement methods

  • Develop and document the Schedule Management Plan

  • Define scheduling requirements for EPC contractors

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Management

  • Set up and structure schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6

  • Consolidate contractor and internal schedules into a single Integrated Master Schedule

  • Ensure proper logic links and interface alignment between stakeholders

  • Continuously review and challenge planning inputs

Change & Risk Analysis

  • Perform schedule impact analysis for change requests

  • Run schedule simulations and maintain baseline integrity

  • Support schedule risk assessments and propose mitigation measures

  • Communicate schedule risks to project stakeholders

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Align schedule with Scope Management (WBS structure)

  • Synchronize planning with procurement, contract milestones, and budget

  • Monitor interface milestones in line with interface management strategy


Required Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar scheduling or planning role

  • Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects

  • Advanced expertise in:

    • Microsoft Project

    • Primavera P6

    • Schedule management methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of PMI / PMBOK principles

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

  • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is an asset)
