Planner / Scheduler
Job Title: Expert Scheduler – Energy Infrastructure Projects
Location: Brussels (2–3 days onsite) | 40h/week
Start date : 23/03/2026
End date: 31/12/2026 (with the option to be extended)
We are seeking an experienced Expert Scheduler to lead and manage program-level schedule governance.
You will support Program Managers and PM Officers by establishing, maintaining, and challenging integrated project schedules across complex EPC environments.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Governance & Framework
Define and implement the overall schedule management approach
Establish schedule levels, calendars, baselines, and progress measurement methods
Develop and document the Schedule Management Plan
Define scheduling requirements for EPC contractors
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Management
Set up and structure schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6
Consolidate contractor and internal schedules into a single Integrated Master Schedule
Ensure proper logic links and interface alignment between stakeholders
Continuously review and challenge planning inputs
Change & Risk Analysis
Perform schedule impact analysis for change requests
Run schedule simulations and maintain baseline integrity
Support schedule risk assessments and propose mitigation measures
Communicate schedule risks to project stakeholders
Cross-Functional Integration
Align schedule with Scope Management (WBS structure)
Synchronize planning with procurement, contract milestones, and budget
Monitor interface milestones in line with interface management strategy
Required Profile
5–10 years of experience in a similar scheduling or planning role
Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects
Advanced expertise in:
Microsoft Project
Primavera P6
Schedule management methodologies
Strong knowledge of PMI / PMBOK principles
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is an asset)
