In deze functie ben je onderdeel van een team dat zich bezighoudt met een breed scala aan werkzaamheden, zoals het beschermen tegen overstromingen door kustonderhoud en zandsuppleties, het op diepte houden van vaargeulen en havens via onderhoudsbaggerwerkzaamheden, en het realiseren van landaanwinning, havenaanleg en kustbescherming. Dit alles gebeurt met een indrukwekkend en veelzijdig materieelpark.
Samen met diverse partners werkt de klant aan de vernieuwing van een terminal in de haven van Antwerpen. Het project omvat onder andere het verdiepen van de terminal en de realisatie van circa 1.200 meter nieuwe kademuur.
In de rol van hoofduitvoerder ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, begeleiding en aansturing van de projectwerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat het project veilig, kwalitatief hoogwaardig en binnen planning en budget wordt gerealiseerd.
Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het vertalen van de projectplanning naar een gedetailleerde uitvoeringsplanning en werkmethodes, zodat het project efficiënt en effectief wordt uitgevoerd conform contractuele afspraken op het gebied van kwaliteit, planning en budget;
- In samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders zorgen dat de juiste werkmethodes, medewerkers en het benodigde materieel tijdig beschikbaar zijn;
- Het signaleren, melden en adequaat afhandelen van afwijkingen ten opzichte van het contract;
- Het aansturen en coachen van uitvoerders op het project, zowel in droge als natte werkzaamheden;
- Het onderhouden van interne en externe contacten en het rapporteren over de voortgang van het project op dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse basis;
- Het afleggen van verantwoording aan de Realisatiemanager en/of Projectmanager;
- Het bijhouden van hoeveelheden en zorgen voor een correcte voortgangs- en termijnregistratie;
- Het bewaken van de veiligheid op de werkvloer conform het veiligheidsprogramma NINA.
Kwalificaties:
- Je bent een echte praktijkgerichte professional met minimaal een mbo-opleiding in civiele techniek;
- Je beschikt over minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring met grotere, integrale droge en natte civiele projecten;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je bent bereid en gemotiveerd om de komende 2 tot 5 jaar op projectlocatie in Antwerpen te werken;
- Je bent flexibel, kunt je goed aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende belangen.
