Model Coordinator
Als Modelcoördinator Infra ben jij de spil binnen het ontwerpteam en zorg je dat integrale infraprojecten soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Jij brengt disciplines samen in één 3D-coördinatiemodel en zorgt dat het integrale ontwerp klopt, actueel blijft en goed wordt afgestemd.
Je begeleidt ontwerpsessies, bewaakt afspraken en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor modelcoördinatie binnen het project. Met jouw overzicht en proactieve houding maak je het ontwerpproces elke stap beter.
Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Coördineren van 3D-modellen en afstemming tussen disciplines
- Inrichten van modelmanagement, werkafspraken en clashdetectie
- Opstellen en beheren van het BIM Uitvoeringsplan
- Signaleren, faciliteren en verbeteren van het ontwerpproces
- Bijdragen aan innovatie, data-integratie en kennisdeling
Kwalificaties:
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding (relevant voor infra/BIM)
- Ervaring binnen integrale infraprojecten
- Achtergrond als modelleur, ontwerper of BIM-coördinator
- Kennis van 3D-software zoals Revit
- Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duur: 12 maanden via We ARE Renewables met de intentie hierna in dienst te treden bij de opdrachtgever, deta-vast constructie.
- Hybride werken (projectlocaties, kantoor te Papendrecht en thuis)
