About the role:
In your role as Project Coordinator, you ensure that projects are closed and delivered within the set KPIs. Potentially proactively identify obstacles in the process in this regard and independently propose solutions.Furthermore:Improve the quality of execution folders/complete delivery towards the chain partner. Proactively assess this and address team members accordingly / provide feedback.Managing work preparation/weekly discussion of work preparation (the good things and less good things) for the purpose of raising awareness and improving quality.Preliminary consultation and coordination with chain partners and pipeline owners for the purpose of project handover.Check if all materials for the project are present.Monitoring lead times and taking proactive action where necessary, preparing progress reports with accompanying analysis, identifying improvements, and discussing them with the Project Leader.Monitor and ensure that the chain partner delivers their revision on time. Proactively manage this and, if necessary, formally discuss any deviations in consultation. If unwanted improvements are not achieved within a short timeframe, escalate the matter to the Project Manager.Managing the execution phase for projects in the service areaEnsuring that the total workload within the project coordinators is also in order (thus outside your 'current' block), including a thorough handover during your absence.You help your colleagues. You take over each other's work, both when asked and unasked. You ensure good cooperation with colleagues in the Chain and work together to find the best solution for our Environment.You respond to incoming emails or phone calls in a timely manner, based on a guideline of three working days. You prioritize within this framework yourself. You ensure 100% availability. Everyone is reachable via mobile, email, and/or Microsoft Teams.You possess:You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, with at least a completed secondary vocational education (MBO) qualification, preferably in a technical field;You have demonstrable experience in underground infrastructure;You have demonstrable experience with stakeholder management;You are analytically strong and have good technical insight;You are a true connector and strong at communicating with the internal organization and contractors.
