Commercial Sales Support (Gas Services – Distributed West Europe)

We Are Renewables is looking for a Commercial Sales Support, who will be part of the service organization looking after industrial turbines and compressors at our client’s customer base in West Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands). In collaboration with the West Europe team as well as the Global Centers of Competences, the Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting projects from bid to finalization. In support of our sales and projects team and complying with customer’s needs, the Commercial Sales Support will manage the spare parts and other transactional business generating proposals and manage the supply to successful completion.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for the spare parts quotation and execution process
• In the quotation phase:
o Based on customer’s requisition and/or in support of the Client and Project Managers create the internal and external requests for quotation
o Communicate with and support internal factories and external suppliers
o Generate quotations, including commercial (price, budget) and technical aspects
o Support Sales and Project Management in securing orders
o Ensure CRM records (opportunities) are up-to-date
• In the execution phase:
o Responsible for supporting in executing the orders within the committed timeline and budget, and keeping the organization informed of progress
o Maintain good stakeholder relations to ensure the smooth delivery
o Communicate with customers on status of the orders
o Ensure proper documentation is available to supply the deliverables and allow commercial closing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience with creating offers and managing orders in a technical environment
• Medium level degree or higher, preferably in an administrative of business direction
• Knowledge of /experience with rotating equipment will be an asset
• Very good command of English and Dutch both written & spoken, German and/or French will be an asset.
• Commercial and contractual understanding to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
• Flexible, independent team player
• Sufficient knowledge of MS office packages
• Experience with SAP and CRM is preferred
• Remote/flexible work and possibilities to travel abroad
• Laptop and smartphone
